Years later, a trip back home to Diredawa changed everything. One sip of the local brew—bold, chocolatey, and bursting with notes of blueberry and mocha—and we knew we couldn't keep this magic to ourselves. Today, we source true heirloom varieties and roast them in small batches, bringing the authentic traditions and rich history of Ethiopian coffee straight to your kitchen.
